Our staff are trained in early childhood development, through local universities, training classes offerd from various state agencies. Additionally, each teacher is certified in First Aid and CPR. Additionally, our teachers complete TECTA  30 hours of childcare training from the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. Teachers are required to have continuous training which builds on their knowledge of best practices.
